Yes! We offer braiding camps and natural hair care classes for kids/teens throughout the year and more.
Are any classes free?
Yes—thanks to community partnerships, we provide free braiding classes for youth at select centers.

Do you offer classes for parents or foster/adoptive families?
Yes! We teach hands-on care and styling techniques, plus provide a guidebook, Kinks, Curls & Confidence (coming soon!).
Do you offer classes for Stylists?
Yes! I offer group and one on one classes as well on all subjects, braids, locs, silk press, natural hair and more!
Do you offer classes for people who just want to learn a new skill in hair?
Yes! I offer beginner and advanced classes as well.

💇🏽♀️ Booking Hair Appointments
Do you accept new clients?
Yes! I accept new clients as long as you can find and schedule an appointment.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book your appointment on this website by clicking booking link on any stylist and it will take you to my website or straight through our booking site www.vagaro.com/allthingsbeautybysantajjacque.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment for new clients only. The deposit goes toward your final service total. If not received, your appointment will not be confirmed.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We ask for at least a 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made after this window will result in loss of deposit and 50% of the total service price. No-shows may be charged 100% of your service scheduled. If not payed you will be blocked from future bookings.
What’s the late policy?
If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled depending on the timing. Please contact us as soon as possible if you’re running behind.
What services require a consultation first?
Color services, major hair transformations, and loc start services may require a consultation before booking. Consults can be booked online or requested via message.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment apps (CashApp, Apple Pay, etc.). Please note: gratuities in cash are always appreciated!
7. Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?
For the comfort and safety of all clients, we ask that you come to your appointment alone unless otherwise discussed in advance.
8. Are children allowed?
Children receiving services are welcome. We kindly ask that no additional children attend unless they have an appointment as well.
9. What should I do before my appointment?
Come with your hair detangled and free of buildup unless your service includes shampooing. Please review your service description beforehand.
10. What if I’m not sure what service to book?
No problem! You can send a message with a photo and your hair goals, or book a consultation so we can guide you to the best option.

We process orders within 3–5 business days. You’ll get tracking info once shipped.
What’s your return policy?
All sales are final, but we’re happy to assist if there’s an issue. Just reach out!
